Simparica Flea and Tick Treatment for Medium Dogs

Simparica 40mg for Dogs contains sarolaner, an active ingredient designed for the treatment of tick infestations and the treatment and prevention of flea infestations. Fleas and ticks need to attach and begin feeding to be exposed to the active ingredient.

Dosage & Directions for Use

Simparica should be administered orally at a dosage of 2–4mg sarolaner per kg of body weight.

For dogs weighing over 10kg up to 20kg, administer one Simparica 40mg tablet according to the recommended treatment schedule.

The chewable tablet may be:

• offered directly to your dog;
• given with food; or
• administered directly into the mouth.

Do not divide the tablet. Simparica may be administered with or without food.

Warnings & Precautions Simparica 40mg for Dogs

For animal use only.

Do not treat puppies younger than 8 weeks of age and/or dogs weighing less than 1.7kg.

Do not treat pregnant or lactating dogs unless advised by your veterinarian following an appropriate benefit/risk assessment.

Remove only one chewable tablet from the blister at a time. Return the blister to the carton and keep the product out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals.

Wash hands after handling the product.
